GREESNBORO, N.C. -- Lucille McClard, 68, of Greensboro died Friday, Nov. 11, 2005, at the Kindred Hospital in Greensboro, NC.

She was born June 3, 1937, at Galax, Va., the daughter of Lynn and Fern Irene Smith Lowe. She and Allen McClard were married in 1970.

Survivors include her husband; a brother, Lawrence (Irene) Lowe of Lowgap, N.C.; a sister-in-law, Doris Moore of Jackson, Mo., a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Monday, Nov. 14, 2005, at the Reins-Sturdigant Funeral Home in Independence, Va., with burial in Kirby Cemetery in Independence.
