PERRYVILLE -- Lucille H. Morgan, 79, of Perryville, died Sunday, Feb. 19, 1995, at Perry Oaks Health Care Center.
She was born June 17, 1915, in Perry County, daughter of Moritz A. and Ellen Emily Doll Brown. She and Edwin R. Morgan were married Jan. 29, 1938. He died Nov. 10, 1987.
Morgan had been a seamstress at Rozier's Mercantile. She was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church, Perry County Historical Society, VFW Auxiliary and American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include two sons, Roger Morgan of St. Louis, Edwin Morgan Jr. of Granite City, Ill.; a daughter, Joyce Moll of Perryville; four sisters, Delores Martens and Gladys Riney of Perryville, Wanda Boxdorfer of Gallipolis, Ohio, Norma Funk of Lemay; two brothers, Clyde and Lester Brown of Perryville, and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Moritz Jr. and Donald Brown.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel from 3-9 p.m. today and 6:30-10 a.m. Wednesday.
Funeral service will be at the chapel at 10 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Gerry Kelly officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
