PERRYVILLE -- Lucille Blechle Buchheit, 86, of Perryville, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 1995, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She was born Sept. 20, 1909, in Perry County, daughter of William and Rose Tucker French. She first married Henry Bernard Blechle Nov. 27, 1933. He died Sept. 18, 1959. She and Joseph Buchheit were married in 1963. He died in 1976.
Buchheit was a hairdresser, and retired from Perry County Nursing Home. She was a member of St. Joseph Church and its Ladies Sodality at Apple Creek, and American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include a daughter, Pat Schumer of Old Appleton, five sons, John and Paul Blechle of Perryville, Edgar and James Blechle of Old Appleton, Henry Blechle of Arnold; two brothers, Robert and Harold French of Perryville; a sister, Zita Gibbar of Perryville; 23 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two grandchildren.
Friends may call at St. Joseph Church from 4-7 and 8-9 p.m. today, and after 6:30 a.m. Friday. The parish wake will be at 8 tonight.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the church, with the Rev. John Bolderson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
