ANNA, Ill. -- Louis E. Bible, 78, of Anna, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was born Nov. 1, 1913, in Vincennes, Ind., son of Charles L. and Ethel Brinson Peak Bible. He and Patricia McKeown were married Oct. 6, 1954...

ANNA, Ill. -- Louis E. Bible, 78, of Anna, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Nov. 1, 1913, in Vincennes, Ind., son of Charles L. and Ethel Brinson Peak Bible. He and Patricia McKeown were married Oct. 6, 1954.

Bible was a member of Teamsters Local 705 of Chicago.

Survivors include his wife; five sons, Louis E. Bible Jr. of Brazil, Ind., Mark, Matthew, Luke and John Bible of Anna; seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service is planned later. Crain Funeral Home here is in charge of arrangements.
