ADVANCE -- Lottie P. Skinner, 87, of Advance died Saturday, Jan. 21, 1995, at her home.
She was born Feb. 23, 1907, at Leora, the daughter of Thomas and Virginia Crews Dublin. On Jan. 23, 1923, she married Archie Berry, who preceded her in death. On Aug. 2, 1972, she married Carl Skinner, who also preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Eugene "Short" Berry of Union City, Okla.; two daughters, Betty Blankenship of Advance and Norvella Spangler of Coldwater, Mich.; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by a son, a granddaughter, three great-grandsons, three brothers and two sisters.
Skinner was a housewife and member of Kinder Baptist Church, VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Advance and the Order of the Eastern Star of Zalma.
Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. today at the Morgan Funeral Home in Advance, where funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Ray Placher will officiate, and burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
