SEDGEWICKVILLE, Mo. -- H. Lorraine Whertwine, 83, of Sedgewickville died Monday, March 5, 2007, at her home.
She was born Aug. 13, 1923, at Warsaw, Mo., daughter of John Henry and Effie Frances Moore Waggoner. She and Leonard Whertwine were married Dec. 24, 1945, in St. Louis.
Whertwine retired as a baker with Kroger Co. in St. Louis.
Survivors include her husband; five brothers, Les and Herschel Waggoner of Warsaw, Johnny Waggoner of Zalma, Mo., Howard and Harold Waggoner of Seattle, Wash.; and two sisters, Thelma Brown and Alice Hansen of Warsaw.
She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Liley Funeral Home in Patton.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ray Hannah officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sedgewickville.
