TROY, Ill. -- Beloved wife and mother, Loretta "Lori" K. Raymond, 77, of Troy passed away Friday, Jan. 7, 2022.

Lori was a native Missourian, born in Cape Girardeau on Oct. 23, 1944.

Lori was a barrier breaker in the '80s by leading and managing a male-dominated field of information technology. She had a rewarding career as an information technology manager from which she retired. Lori not only loved her work, but she also loved music, movies and a good laugh! Lori's laughter was infectious, a full-body laugh that would light a room. Lori's other passions included her fur babies, baking, cooking (famous fried green tomatoes), gardening, dancing and most of all being with her family.

Lori is survived by her loving husband, Glenn Raymond, whom she married June 2, 1976; daughter, Sandy Rathod of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and her children, Braxton and Maneka; daughter, Sherri (Randy) Rachal of St. Louis; brother, Wayne (Florence) Patterson of St. Louis; and Lori and Glen's two canine companions, Joey "JoJo" and Claire.
