LORENE BROWN

SIKESTON -- Lorene Brown, 55, of Blodgett died Friday, July 30, at Blodgett.

She was born Nov. 30, 1937, in Bernie, daughter of Albert and Annie Nelson Morris.

She was a member of the Bernie General Baptist Church. She had been employed at the Wright Pen and Point Co., St. Louis, 19 years.

She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Brown, of Las Vegas, Nev.; sisters, Maerene Brown of Brownsboro, Ala., Ava Richard of Arnold, Mo., and Mary Jolley of Blodgett.

Service is scheduled at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston at 2 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Lee Fansley, pastor of Blodgett Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Bernie Cemetery.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
