LONNIE WARE

DELTA -- Lonnie Ware, 90, of Delta, died Thursday, Feb. 13, 1992 at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born Feb. 5, 1902 in Blodgett, son of Lewis Ware and Hattie Huskey Ware.

He was an aircraft worker and a member of the Perkins Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors are five sons, Floyd Ware, Bakersfield, Calif., Lewis Ware, Whitewater, Ralph Ware, Bloomfield, Lonnie Lewis and Donald Edwards, both of New Orleans; two daughters, Ruth Simmons, Melvern, Ark. and Mary Weathersby, Brandon, Miss.; 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. One brother preceded him in death.

Friends may call today from 4-8 p.m. at the Morgan Funeral Home in Advance. Service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Perkins Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Robert Francis will officiate. Burial will be at the Triplett Cemetery near Bloomfield.
