STE. GENEVIEVE -- Lola J. "Jerry" DeClue, 76, of Ste. Genevieve, formerly of St. Marys and Jackson, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 1997, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 9, 1921, at Ellington, daughter of Thomas L. and Minnie L. Myers Brawley.
She was a housewife, a member of St. Mary's Eastern Star 33, the DAV Auxiliary in Cape Girardeau, the American Legion Auxiliary in Jackson and the VFW Auxiliary in Cape Girardeau.
On Sept. 9, 1939, she married Harold J. DeClue at Ste. Genevieve. He survives.
She is also survived by a son, Larry DeClue of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Joyce Winston of Ste. Genevieve, Kathy Newell of Chaffee; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Six brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call today after 4 p.m. at Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Immaculate Conception cemetery in St. Marys.
