OLMSTED, Ill. -- Lois Jean Pickett, 66, of Olmsted died Friday, Nov. 29, 2002, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born March 27, 1936, in Olmsted, daughter of Roy and Lois Hise Edwards. She married Ralph A. Pickett.
She was a teller and bookkeeper for the First State Bank of Olmsted for 46 years before her retirement. She was a member of the Villa Ridge Union Church and was the former organist of the First United Methodist Church at Olmsted for many years.
Survivors include her husband of Olmsted; one daughter, Cheryl Crosier of Olmsted; two brothers, Dallas Edwards of Cairo, Ill., and Delbert Edwards of Taylorville, Ill.; and two stepgrandchildren.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Barkett Funeral Home in Mounds, Ill.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ralph Kaufman officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge.
