Lois Huffman passed away Monday, Dec. 12, 2016. She was born Lois Marie Morrison on Dec. 4, 1924, to Chester and Maggie Morrison. She just celebrated her 92nd birthday with her family and friends. Lois married Loren Huffman on April 12, 1947. Loren preceded her in death May 13, 2010.
Lois has been a resident of the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau for the past few years. Before 2010, she and Loren lived and farmed in Marble Hill, Crump and Advance, Missouri.
She is survived by two daughters and one son, Linda Huffman Bryan and husband, David, of St. Louis, Phyllis Huffman Riehn Harris and husband, Herbie, of El Dorado, Kansas, and Randy Huffman of Jackson. She is survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and their first child, Loren Bradley.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson, with the Rev. Mike Huffman officiating.
Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill is in charge of arrangements.
