GALATIA, Ill. -- Lois Dahl, 86, of Galatia died, Saturday, Feb. 2, 2008, at Aegis Alzheimer's Care Center in Las Vegas.
She was born April 26, 1921, in Harco, Ill., daughter of Gene and Ruth Small-Reynolds.
Dahl was a 1939 graduate of Harrisburg High School. She married Leroy Dahl June 24, 1939, and had one son, Jerry Dahl.
She was employed with Southwestern Bell 35 years.
Dahl was a member of First United Methodist Church in Harrisburg, Ill., Southwestern Bell Pioneers and Order of Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son and a sister.
Loving survivors include her grandchildren, Eric and Leslie Dahl and a great-grandchild, Taylor Dahl, of Las Vegas, and a brother, Hal Reynolds of Galatia.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia.
There will be a service immediately following. Burial will be in Old Brushy Cemetery off Harco Road.
