LOIS ABERNATHY MALIN

ANDERSON, Ind. -- Lois N. Abernathy Malin, 79, of Anderson, formerly of Campbell, Mo., died Friday, Sept. 26, 1997, at Miller's Merry Manor in Chesterfield, Ind.

She was born Aug. 20, 1918, at Campbell.

She was retired from Kmart.

She is survived by five children, Rosemary Nichols of Campbell, Pat E. Johnson of Pendleton, Peggy A. Mounts and Sondra S. Green, both of Anderson, and Brenda C. Seitz of Nashville; brothers, Eugene Abernathy and Jack Abernathy, both of Campbell, Billy Abernathy and Terry Abernathy, both of Illinois; a sister, Lottie Conran of Michigan; and 15 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, W.O. (Onie) Malin, in 1982.

Service will be held Monday at 10 a.m at Robert D. Loose Funeral Home in Anderson. Burial will be in E. Maplewood Cemetery at Anderson.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 to 8 p.m. today.
