Loine Mildred Penny, 77, of Oak Ridge died Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2022, at home. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Chapel in Cape Girardeau. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Chris Jordan officiating. Burial will be at Glen Allen Cemetery in Glen Allen, Missouri...
