Loil “Red” Winiford Tinsley, 94 of Cape Girardeau, died Friday, August 30, 2024, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 4, at Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from noon until the time of service at the funeral home.

Interment will follow the Funeral at St. Johns Cemetery in Dongola, Illinois.
