SIKESTON -- Service for Loetta Marie McCoy was held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, with the Rev. Cecil Adams, of First Baptist CHurch of Matthews, officiating, assisted by Rev. Nolan Hartlein of Canalou. Burial was in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.

McCoy, 66 years old, of Matthews, died Thursday, Jan. 3, 1991, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Nov. 29, 1924 in Ridgely, Tenn., daughter of Paul and Altia Shelton Dunn.

On Sept. 9, 1938, she married Horace McCoy at Caruthersville. He survives.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Matthews.

Other survivors include daughters, Patsy Payne of Hendersonville, Tenn., Linda Frohawk of Sikeston, and Virginia Schneider of Matthews; sisters, Joyce Work of Louisiana, Mary Ruth Bargery of Ridgely, Shelby Parnell of Hickman, Ky., Paulette Cravens of Memphis, and Alice Norris of Ridgely; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.
