BLOOMFIELD -- Funeral service for Loetta Gibson, Bloomfield Route 3, will be held at 1 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Chapel in Dexter. The Rev. Robert Lafferty will officiate, with burial in Hagy Cemetery at Dexter.
Gibson, 72, died Monday, Feb. 14, 1994, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 20, 1921, at Parma, daughter of Charles and Cora Sanders Trout. She and James Wesley Gibson were married Oct. 22, 1960.
Gibson was a former resident of the Parma and Morehouse area, moving to Bloomfield 14 years ago.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Elizabeth Carroll of Chaffee; a brother, George Trout of Sikeston; three sisters, Hazel Abernathy of Lutesville, Patsy Fitzgerald of Wappapello, Christine Humphries of Dudley; two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
