Lisa Dawn Ritch, daughter of the late Jerry and Patricia Bethel Ferrell of Scott City, was born April 2, 1974, in Harrisburg, Illinois, and departed this life Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau at the young age of 47 years.

Lisa was an assistant manager of Dollar Tree in Cape Girardeau and a resident of Scott City.

On July 19, 1996, she was united in marriage to Kelly Ritch in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include a daughter, Raven Ritch of Scott City; two brothers, J.J. Ferrell of Tuscola, Illinois, and Quienton Ferrell of Eldorado, Illinois; three sisters, Tina (Tim) Hermanson of Ocala, Florida, and Carrie Calhoun and Kandi (Mike) Gross, both of Scott City; two nieces, Lily and Skylar Calhoun of Scott City; two nephews, Kamerin and Kole Gross of Scott City; uncles and aunts, Dick and Judy McClard of Cape Girardeau, Floyd and Rebecca Dixon of Kentucky and Justin Ritch of Kansas; two cousins, Raven Ritch of Kansas and Jennifer McClard of Cape Girardeau; a very special friend who was like family, Camilla Byerly of Chaffee, Missouri; and a host of other family members and close friends.

Lisa's daughter, Raven, was her whole world, and she was also a proud aunt. She was one of a kind and, even in a bad situation, she always tried to find the good in everyone.

Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral will then be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Fred Burgard officiating.

The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Bank of Missouri in Scott City for the Raven Ritch education fund.
