Linnie Louise Bell King, 92, of Ocala, Fla., died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2001, at Ocala.
She was born in Chaffee, Mo., Dec. 19, 1908, daughter of Robert C. and Mary Cox Bell. She lived in Cape Girardeau until she relocated to Ocala 15 years ago.
She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God Church in Cape Girardeau and was involved with a number of community groups here. She was affiliated with Trinity Baptist Church in Ocala, Fla.
She worked at the Former Buckner-Ragsdale store here 25 years, until the store closed.
She was married to Lloyd E. King. He died in 1985.
Survivors include a son, Lloyd E. King Jr. of Foley, Ala.; two daughters, Betty J. Tucker of Ocala and Shirley D. Bauman of Lake Placid, Fla.; a brother, James Bell, of Morley, Mo.; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Funeral Chapel is in charge of local arrangements.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday at Lorimier Cemetery, with the Rev. Kim Ferguson officiating.
