Linda Heck, 63, of Cape Girardeau passed on to be with the Lord on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Feb. 16, 1953, in Cape Girardeau to James and Catherine Marie Diamond York.
Linda married Earl Heck on Oct. 27, 1991, at Chino Valley, Arizona.
Linda worked for Florsheim Shoe Company and Thorngate in Cape Girardeau. She tended bar years ago in Arizona.
She was loved very much by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her husband, Earl Heck of Cape Girardeau; five sons, Larry Clover of Jonesboro, Illinois, Adam (Christy) Clover, Joe Heck and Earl Heck III, all of Cape Girardeau, and Nathan Fornkohl of Scott City; three daughters, Debra Clover and Dena (Donnie) Messamore, both of Anna, Illinois, and Lorie Tanner of Scott City; three sisters, Roberta Johnson of Louisville, Illinois, Sandra Morrison of Cape Girardeau and Georgia Smith of Cobden, Illinois; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Private burial will be at Lorimier Cemeter in Cape Girardeau at a later date.
