Linda Faye Dedeaux, 70, of Cape Girardeau passed away Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2016, at Southeast Hospital.
She was born April 28, 1946, in Oklahoma City to Hughie Lee and Ida Thelma Czarnikow Edwards.
Linda enjoyed golfing, painting and singing, and she loved to travel. Her greatest love was her family. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends and especially her "Wild Women Wednesdays" friends.
She had attended La Croix United Methodist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Crystol (Richard) Faskell of Arlington, Tennessee, and Stephanie Windisch and Shana Windisch, both of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, David Edwards of Jackson, John Edwards of Owasso, Oklahoma, and Robert Mitchell of Fort Collins, Colorado; two sisters, Tammy Johnston of Whitewater and Sharon Maker of Edmond, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Entombment will be at Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum in Cape Girardeau.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
