CAIRO, Ill. -- Linda D. Taylor, 16, of Urbandale, Ill., died Friday, Aug. 7, 1992, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, Ill.

She attended the Washington Avenue Baptist Church and was a member of the Senior Class of Carlisle County High School. She was also a member of the National Beta Club.

She is survived by her parents, Robert and Virginia Taylor, Urbandale; and one brother, Bobby Taylor, Urbandale.

Friends may call at the Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo where friends may call from 10 a.m. today until 1:30 p.m. when the funeral service will be conducted. The Rev. William Gholson will officiate. Burial will follow in Spencer Heights Cemetery at Mounds.
