Linda Juanita Brown, 96, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2014, at Fountainbleau Lodge.
She was born March 15, 1918, in Kosciusko, Mississippi, to Morris A. and Laura Ruth McMillan Morgan. She and Kenneth E. Brown were married in 1946 in Eldorado, Kansas. He passed away in 1991.
Linda was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau. She was a registered nurse and an X-ray technician many years, and volunteered for Kiwanis in Cape Coral, Florida.
Survivors include a brother, Kenneth Morgan of Cape Girardeau, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at Ford and Sons Mountt Auburn Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with Dr. Shawn Wasson officiating.
