Lindell "Lin" F. Cook, 86, died Saturday, July 13, 2002, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born March 18, 1916, at Marquand, Mo., son of Sylvester B. and Dolly E. Hale Cook. He and Ruby B. Gohn were married Aug. 15, 1942, at Perryville, Mo.
He operated the former Cook's Shell Station at Fruitland and the former Cook's Saveway Station in Jackson, Mo. The Cooks then owned and operated Ruby's Antiques in Fruitland, Mo., for 30 years.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Linda Mouser of Jackson; a grandson; three great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at McCombs, with the Rev. Bob Medlock officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
