LILLIE BLAYLOCK

PERRYVILLE -- Lillie E. Blaylock, 92, of Perryville died Sunday, Jan. 11, 1997, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Jan. 23, 1905, in Perry County, daughter of James Marion and Rosa Byer Myers Shrum. She married Julius Spencer Blaylock on Sept. 1, 1926. He died Nov. 26, 1975.

Blaylock was a homemaker. She was a member of Crossroads United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.

Survivors include a son, the Rev. Donald Blaylock of Hillsboro; a daughter, Marie Lukefahr of Perryville; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and five sisters.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. today.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Revs. J. Michael Davis and Howard Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Crossroads United Methodist Church Cemetery.
