PATTON -- Lester Earl Aslinger, 91, of Patton, died Sunday, Aug. 8, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born May 23, 1902, son of Joe and Cora Shrum Aslinger. He and Nola Tinnin were married Nov. 3, 1928, at Fredericktown.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Howard Aslinger of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Bonnie Smith of Jackson, Anna Mungle of Patton; 11 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown. Burial will be in Union Light Cemetery.
