SIKESTON -- Graveside service for Leora McGee of Sikeston will be held at 11 a.m. today at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Morehouse after 9 a.m.
McGee, 88, died Tuesday, Feb. 29, 2000, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born July 15, 1911, in Haleyville, Ala., daughter of Frank and Mary Bell Lambert Dykes. She married Willie H. McGee, who preceded her in death.
McGee lived in Sikeston many years. She was a retired restaurant cook, and member of Church of Christ.
Survivors include two sons, Eugene McGee of Memphis, Tenn., Ray McGee of Sikeston; four daughters, Jeanette Merrick, Flora Wirth, Kay Cross and Mary Johnson, all of Sikeston; 14 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son.
