Leonard H. Nothdurft, 95, of Whitewater passed away Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Aug. 14, 1922, in Whitewater to the late Herman and Edith Wilferth Nothdurft. He married Stella M. Crader on April 24, 1947, and she preceded him in death April 12, 2015.
Leonard was a retired self-employed farmer. He served in the United States Army.
He is survived by a daughter, Carolyn (Jim) Andrews of Chaffee, Missouri; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He also was preceded in death by a daughter, Earleen Lowes; and two brothers.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Gwen Streeter officiating. Burial will be at Zion United Methodist Cemetery in Gordonville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.
