LEONARD BECKETT JR.
EAST MOLINE, Ill. -- Leonard Beckett Jr. of East Moline, formerly of Scott City, Mo., died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 1999, at Trinity Medical Center West in Rock Island. He was 36. EAST MOLINE, Ill. -- Leonard Beckett Jr. of East Moline, formerly of Scott City, Mo., died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 1999, at Trinity Medical Center West in Rock Island. He was 36.
He was born June 26, 1962, in Cape Girardeau, son of Leonard Beckett Sr. and Donna Rhodes Beckett. On Oct. 18, 1980, he married Lorie Randolph in Rock Island. She survives.
He was employed as a technician for TCI Cable.

Survivors include a daughter, Kaitlin, and sons, Joshua and Nicholas, all of the home; his father of Scott City; a brother, John Beckett of San Antonio, Texas; and three sisters, Donna Rebecca Beckett of Scott City, Patricia Mier of Jackson, Mo., and Kathryn Saddler of San Antonio.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ford & Sons Sprigg Street Chapel.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Terry L. Eades officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
