KELSO -- Leona Elizabeth Leible, 87, of Kelso, died Monday, Feb. 7, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born March 7, 1906, at Chaffee, daughter of Anton and Regina Heuring Glastetter. She and Paul Leible were married April 19, 1927, at New Hamburg. He died Aug. 25, 1976...

KELSO -- Leona Elizabeth Leible, 87, of Kelso, died Monday, Feb. 7, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 7, 1906, at Chaffee, daughter of Anton and Regina Heuring Glastetter. She and Paul Leible were married April 19, 1927, at New Hamburg. He died Aug. 25, 1976.

Leible was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and its Ladies Sodality.

Survivors include three brothers, Lawrence Glastetter of Stockton, Ill., Leo and Gene Glastetter of Chaffee; two sisters, Bertha Scherer of Scott City, Laura Struwe of Cape Girardeau; two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, two brothers and four sisters.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Augustine Church. Msgr. John Westhues will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Scott City after 4 p.m. today. The parish rosary will be at 8.
