LEONA A. STRONG

STEELE -- Leona Agnes Strong, 76, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 1996, at Festus Nursing Center in Festus.

She was born Oct. 20, 1919, daughter of Clarence and Lula Douglas Byrn. She married Paul E. Strong, who preceded her in death.

Strong was a retired seamstress. She was a member of Word of Life Fellowship in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include a son, Paul Strong of Barnhart; a sister, Emma Pennington of Cape Girardeau, and two grandsons.

Friends may call at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Steele from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Don Henson will officiate, with burial in Mitchell Cemetery at Cooter.
