ULLIN, Ill. -- Leola Schukar, 88, Ullin Route 1, died Friday, Oct. 15, 1993, at Jonesboro Health Care Center. She was born April 16, 1904, in St. Louis County, daughter of George and Wilhelmina Luecke Taake. She and Alvin Schukar were married Oct. 8, 1938, in Olmsted...

ULLIN, Ill. -- Leola Schukar, 88, Ullin Route 1, died Friday, Oct. 15, 1993, at Jonesboro Health Care Center.

She was born April 16, 1904, in St. Louis County, daughter of George and Wilhelmina Luecke Taake. She and Alvin Schukar were married Oct. 8, 1938, in Olmsted.

Schukar was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Olmsted.

Survivors include her husband; two sisters, Mildred Holhubner of Olmsted, and Ethel Keller of Garland, Texas.

She was preceded in death by a sister.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Luke's Church. The Rev. Steve Rasmussen will officiate, with burial in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Ullin after 5 p.m. Sunday, and at the church after 9 a.m. Monday.
