JACKSON -- Lelia M. Seabaugh, 82, of Jackson, died Monday, Feb. 27, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born May 12, 1912, in the Hog Creek community of Bollinger County, daughter of Harrison and Elizabeth Allen Reynolds. She and Jesse Seabaugh were married June 19, 1931. He died Dec. 1, 1979...

JACKSON -- Lelia M. Seabaugh, 82, of Jackson, died Monday, Feb. 27, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born May 12, 1912, in the Hog Creek community of Bollinger County, daughter of Harrison and Elizabeth Allen Reynolds. She and Jesse Seabaugh were married June 19, 1931. He died Dec. 1, 1979.

Seabaugh had worked at the former International Shoe Co. in Perryville and Jackson, Lowenbaum Dress Factory in Jackson and Cape Girardeau, Palace Cafe and Terrace Restaurant in Jackson. She retired in 1959.

She was a member of First Baptist Church and Jackson Senior Citizens.

Survivors include a son, O.J. Seabaugh of Jackson; a brother, Clyde Reynolds of Jackson; two sisters, Opal Seabaugh of Jackson, Melba Zimmerman of O'Fallon; three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service is at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with Dr. Rodney Travis officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
