Memorial service for Leland Jarel Wayne Jackson of Gillespie, Ill., will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 p.m. until time of service.
Jackson, 63, died Wednesday, March 27, 2002, in a vehicle accident in Lake County, Ind.
He was born May 29, 1938, in Greenbrier, Mo., son of Leland and Pearl Cato Jackson. He and Donna Jean Allen were married Jan. 2, 1976, in Edwardsville, Ill.
Jackson was a truck driver with Baker Transport of Fitzgerald, Ga. He was a member of the Teamsters Union.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Kelly Jackson of White Hall, Ill., Douglas Jackson of Meadowbrook, Ill.; his parents of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Dana Jackson of Medora, Ill., Kim Jackson of Marble Hill, Mo.; two sisters, Barbara Cummins and Sherry Brown of Bethalto, Ill.; and six grandchildren.
