MARBLE HILL -- Funeral service for Lela Long of St. Louis will be held at 2 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Don Estes will officiate, with burial in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery.
Long, 89, died Wednesday, April 6, 1994, in St. Louis.
She was born July 28, 1904, at Steele, daughter of John and Ida Biggart Driskill. She first married Chester Baker, who preceded her in death. She later married Shelby F. Long July 5, 1962.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Paul Baker of Hiram; a sister, Blanche Carlton of St. Louis; four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
