Leila Amberger

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Leila May Amberger, 76, of Perryville died Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born May 14, 1930, in Monroe, Wis., daughter of John E. and Dorothy May Deal Mueller. She and Herbert T. Amberger were married April 19, 1974.

Amberger was a retired waitress. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband; and a son, Robert Ashman of Perryville.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to service time today at Young and Sons Funeral Home.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Christopher Cole officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
