JACKSON -- Lee Hansen, 92, of Jackson died Monday, June 28, 1999, at his home.

He was born June 12, 1907, at Marble Hill, son of Frank and Zada Pierce Hansen. He and Geneva Winchester were married March 3, 1930.

Hansen was a retired farmer, merchant and heavy equipment operator. He was a member of First General Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Jack Hansen of Burnsville, Minn.; four daughters, Alice Filer, Jo Ann Hansen, Janet VanGennip and Kathy Wallis, all of Jackson; a sister, Esther Traylor of Granite City, Ill.; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and two grandchildren.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Luther Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
