MATTHEWS, Mo. -- Walter Lee Beck Jr., 52, of Matthews died Friday, Jan. 20, 2006 at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
He was born on May 12, 1953, son of Walter Lee Sr. and Virginia Lee Lathom Beck.
Beck was the owner and operator of Lee's Lawn Irrigation. He was a graduate of Matthews High School and a member of the Sikeston Jaycees, serving as rodeo chairman in 1981.
Survivors include three sons, Daniel, Nathan and Nick Beck, all of Sikeston; three sisters, Cheryl Lathum of Sikeston, Ann Porter and Rochelle Beck, both of Matthews and his fiancee, Linda Loomas of East Prairie.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Pat Quinn officiating. Burial will follow in Matthews Cemetery.
