TILSIT -- Lawrence Albert Kuntze, of Route 2, Jackson, died Friday, May 22, 1922, at his home.

Kuntze was born Dec. 31, 1921, at Tilsit, son of Theodore and Bertha Sebastian Kuntze.

Survivors include a brother, Paul Kuntze of Cape Girardeau; three nieces and two nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother.

Kuntze worked at Wille's Bakery in Jackson a number of years, and at the Sweet Stop in Cape Girardeau. He also farmed.

Service will be held today at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Dell J.Crockett, pastor of the Immanuel Lutheran Church at Tilsit, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
