PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Lawana J. House, 72, of Perryville died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2004, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born April 22, 1932, in Perryville, daughter of Herbert and Clara Hoffstetter Sandler. She and Paul H. House were married Aug. 11, 1951.
House was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, Bereans Bible Class, Tuesday afternoon Bible class, food pantry, monthly church newsletter and Perryville Garden Club.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Dennis House of Perryville; two daughters, Debra Triller, Nancy House, both of Perryville; a sister, Betty J. Kempff of Spokane, Wash.; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson and a sister.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Young and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, with the Rev. Matthew Marks officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
