McCLURE, Ill. -- Lauda B. Kerley, 93, of McClure died Monday, Sept. 30, 2019, at Southeast Hospital. She was born Sept. 13, 1926, in Leburn, Kentucky, to Jasper and Florence Caudill Pratt. She and Rufus Kerley were married June 24, 1949, at Mayfield, Kentucky. He preceded her in death Feb. 24, 1981...

McCLURE, Ill. -- Lauda B. Kerley, 93, of McClure died Monday, Sept. 30, 2019, at Southeast Hospital.

She was born Sept. 13, 1926, in Leburn, Kentucky, to Jasper and Florence Caudill Pratt. She and Rufus Kerley were married June 24, 1949, at Mayfield, Kentucky. He preceded her in death Feb. 24, 1981.

Lauda was a homemaker and also worked at Townhouse Motel and Saint Francis Medical Center.

Survivors include her daughter, Bobbie Sue Wilson of Cape Girardeau; brother, Dalton B. "Pete" Pratt of Greenwood, Delaware; two stepgrandsons; and three great-stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three sisters and four brothers.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral will follow at noon today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Burial will be at Lindsey Cemetery in McClure.
