Zook, 56, died Tuesday, May 30, 2000, at University Hospital in Columbia.

He was born Dec. 18, 1943, in East Prairie, son of John Lee and Bertha Hopper Zook.
Zook retired as an assembly line worker at Hagar Hinge Co. in St. Louis.
Survivors include two brothers, Bobby Zook of Piedmont, Jerry Zook of Arnold; and a sister, Carmen McMullan of Wentzville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
