Larry Gene Wolfe, 64, of Allenville passed away Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018.
He was born Aug. 5, 1954, in Houston to the late Henry Franklin and Wanda Jewell Bishop Wolfe. He and Mary Francis Mangrum were married Feb. 2, 1974, and she survives of the home.
Larry was a maintenance worker for Cape Special Road District in Cape Girardeau. He was a member of Allenville Baptist Church. He was a state record holder for alligator gar.
He is survived by his loving wife, Fran Wolfe; a son, Gary (Nicole) Wolfe of Leopold, Missouri; a brother, Henry (Connie) Wolfe, a sister, Kim (Rob) Holland, and two grandchildren, Michael and Kyleigh Wolfe, all of Allenville.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, Missouri.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Phil Thompson officiating. Burial will be at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
