JACKSON -- Larence K. "Larry" Job, 49, of Jackson died Sunday in an automobile accident.

He was born March 17, 1948, in Cape Girardeau, son of Paul and Melba Moore Job. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Jackson and Craftsman Independent Union Local #1. A graduate of Notre Dame High School, he was a self-employed carpenter.

He is survived by his parents, a daughter, Tina L. Meyr of Jackson; a brother, Stephen Job of Oskaloosa, Iowa; and two sisters, Paula Myers of Cape Girardeau and Lisa Rouse of Jackson.

Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson, where a parish prayer will be spoken at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Church in Jackson with Msgr. Edward Eftink officiating.
