COBDEN, Ill. -- Harry Kenneth "Kenny" Helms, 60, of Cobden, formerly of Mound City and Cairo, died Saturday, June 24, 2000, at City Care Center of Cobden.
He was born July 9, 1939, at Mound City, son of Kenneth Ray and Flossie Glenn Helms.
Helms was a laborer for Southern Clay in Olmsted. He was a Pentecostal.
Survivors include one brother, Everett Helms of Cairo; two sisters, Carolyn Cline of Anna and Julie Suiter of Kentucky; and one nephew.
Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home in Mound City from 9-11 a.m. Monday.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. F. Jerry Herring officiating. Burial will be in Spencer Heights Cemetery in Mounds.
