Kenneth Ray Scaggs, 61, of Jackson died Monday, Dec. 27, 2021, at Saint Francis Medical Center. He was born Jan. 4, 1960, in Doniphan, Missouri, to Charles Robert and Esther Hampton Scaggs. He and Jennifer A. Emmons were married in 1993 at Cape Girardeau. She passed away Sept. 23, 2014...
Kenneth Ray Scaggs, 61, of Jackson died Monday, Dec. 27, 2021, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 4, 1960, in Doniphan, Missouri, to Charles Robert and Esther Hampton Scaggs. He and Jennifer A. Emmons were married in 1993 at Cape Girardeau. She passed away Sept. 23, 2014.
Kenneth served in the U.S. Army.
He was foreman at Missouri Dry Dock for 27 years.

Survivors include a daughter, Chelsea L. Scaggs of Cape Girardeau; son, Gabriel R. Yanes of Cape Girardeau; mother. Esther Scaggs of Sikeston, Missouri; brother, Mike Scaggs; sister, Tina Hecke of Peculiar, Missouri; and two grandchildren, Nicholas Yanes and Jenna Yanes.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his father and brother.
Friends may call from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.
Memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
