WEST HAVEN, Conn. -- Kenneth F. Sanders, 60, of West Haven died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2006, at the Veterans Medical Center in West Haven.
He was born April 27, 1946, in St. Louis, son of Garland and Rosalie Davis Sanders. He married Mary McKernan.
Sanders was a 1964 graduate of Central High School in Cape Girardeau. He was formerly of Apopka, Fla.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam war.
Survivors include his wife; five children, Patricia Blankenship and Cary Luttrell of Decatur, Ill., Neil Bianco of Raleigh, N.C., Tracey Quinn of Casselberry, Fla., Carey Harlan of Enumclaw, Wash.; two sisters, Bonnie Bragg of Cape Girardeau, Anita Sanders of Granite City, Ill.; two brothers, David and Darrell Sanders of Granite City, Ill.; and nine grandchildren.
The funeral will be at Highland Memory Gardens in Apopka.
Keenan Funeral Home in West Haven is in charge of arrangements.
