Kenneth Harlan Griffith, 91, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, at Fountainbleau Lodge.
He was born Feb. 27, 1929, in Whitewater to Wade and Laura Griffith.
Kenneth married Wanda Beckett in Cape Girardeau on Feb. 7, 1948. She preceded him in death March 8, 2002.
He was a heavy equipment operator with Operating Engineers Local 513.
He loved to eat, go to garage sales and collect antiques.
Survivors include a son, Harlan Leroy Griffith of Cape Girardeau; three daughters, Anna Sparks, Teresa Hettenhouser and Lisa Bierschwal, all of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and a son, Bobby Gene Griffith.
A private graveside service was held Friday at Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
Memorial contributions may be given to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3838.
