Kenneth Ray Dambach, 31, of Winchester, and his two-year-old daughter, Kaela, were killed in a car accident Friday, Aug. 28, 1992, in O'Fallon.
Dambach was born June 28, 1961, in Cape Girardeau, son of Edwin and Judith Smith Dambach. He and Angela Bazzanga were married May 31, 1988, in St. Louis County. She was injured in the accident.
He moved to Winchester six years ago from Cape Girardeau. He was a self-employed draftsman.
Dambach attended Trinity Lutheran and Alma Schrader Schools, graduated from Central High School in 1979, and attended Southeast Missouri State University. He had worked at Ram Post, and was a former member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife; his parents of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, Keith Dambach of Cape Girardeau, Charles Dambach of San Antonio, Texas, and Marc Dambach of Bloomington, Ill.
Kaela was born Nov. 11, 1989, in St. Louis.
Survivors include her mother, Angela; maternal grandparents, Jim and Pat Bazzanga of Chesterfield, and paternal grandparents, Edwin and Judith Dambach.
Joint funeral service is tentatively set for Wednesday at Schrader Funeral Home in Ballwin. Burial will be in St. Louis.
